OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
PIPS policy on Occupational Health and Safety lays out the commitment to providing a sustainable, healthy and safe workplace for staff, students, contractors and visitors of Pakistan Islamic Private School. This commitment reflects the intentions of the ADOSH- SF requirement OHS policy and the Education Sector OHS policy. This OHS policy also reflects the ADOSH SF ’s and Education Sector OHSMS Requirements. This policy applies to all staff, students, contractors, and visitors and to all OHS records created or received by the school as a result of OHS activities and processes at the school. The guiding principles and the framework of our activities shall include the following elements in the pursuit of our commitment to Occupational Health and Safety: ➢ Comply with all federal and local OSH laws and regulations applicable in Abu Dhabi Emirate (Including Al Ain); and ensure that all other OHS requirements of ADPHC – Abu Dhabi Public Health Center (ADOSH SF) applicable to our school are fulfilled. ➢ Ensure effective implementation of ADOSH-System Framework within the school and to co-ordinate with relevant authorities related to OHS Management. ➢ Pursue best practices and allocate and ensure all necessary resources to achieve maintain and develop OSH objectives. ➢ ➢ Educate employees to be aware of and understand the safety risks and health hazards associated with their job. ➢ Identify and manage all OHS risks through effective hazard identification and risk assessment thereby providing optimal controls to ensure adequate prevention of injury and illness. ➢ Empower all relevant employees, and contractors at the school, by training and awareness, to carry out their activities in a manner that safeguard and maintain the health and safety of students, employees and school property. ➢ Offer assistance to supplier, contractors and other interested parties and influence them to improve their OSH performance where necessary. ➢ Make available this policy to all interested parties upon request. ➢ Meet all the above requirements by a process of self-regulation and strive to exceed the specific requirements with an emphasis on utilization of resources in a sustainable manner and by undertaking activities without compromising or causing conflict with other OSH principles and objectives. ➢ Make provisions and provide resources for ensuring the good health and wellbeing of the employees through management of work-related stress and implementing workplace wellness. ➢ Communicating this OSH Policy to all the employees, stakeholders, and public. ➢ Review and evaluate targets, OSH performance, and methodology to measure the progress and ensure compliance with this policy via periodic internal and external audits and management reviews to ensure continual improvement of the OSH management system. ➢ Pakistan Islamic Private School shall review the OSH Policy annually.
سياسة الصحة والسلامة المهنية تُحدد سياسة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مدرسة باكستان الإسلامية الخاصة (PIPS) التزام المدرسة بتوفير بيئة عمل مستدامة وصحية وآمنة للموظفين والطلاب والمتعاقدين والزوار. ويعكس هذا الالتزام متطلبات إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في أبوظبي (ADOSH-SF) وسياسة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في قطاع التعليم.
كما تعكس هذه السياسة متطلبات إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في أبوظبي (ADOSH-SF) ومتطلبات نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في قطاع التعليم. وتسري هذه السياسة على جميع الموظفين والطلاب والمتعاقدين والزوار، وعلى جميع سجلات الصحة والسلامة المهنية التي تُنشئها المدرسة أو تتلقاها نتيجةً لأنشطة وعمليات الصحة والسلامة المهنية فيها.
تشمل المبادئ التوجيهية وإطار عمل أنشطتنا العناصر التالية في سبيل تحقيق التزامنا بالصحة والسلامة المهنية: ➢ الامتثال لجميع قوانين ولوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية الاتحادية والمحلية السارية في إمارة أبوظبي (بما في ذلك العين). وضمان استيفاء جميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية الأخرى لمركز أبوظبي للصحة العامة (ADOSH SF) المطبقة على مدرستنا.
➢ ضمان التطبيق الفعال لإطار عمل نظام ADOSH داخل المدرسة والتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة بإدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
➢ السعي إلى تطبيق أفضل الممارسات وتخصيص جميع الموارد اللازمة لضمان تحقيق أهداف الصحة والسلامة المهنية والحفاظ عليها وتطويرها.
➢ تحديد مسؤوليات جميع الموظفين والمتعاقدين والزوار ومساءلتهم عن أداء العمل الآمن، وإبلاغهم بها بوضوح، وذلك لحماية صحة وسلامة الطلاب والأفراد والمجتمع وأصحاب المصلحة، من خلال تعزيز الوعي ووضع أهداف وغايات مناسبة وإبلاغها لجميع الموظفين.
➢ توعية الموظفين وفهمهم لمخاطر السلامة والمخاطر الصحية المرتبطة بعملهم.
➢ تحديد جميع مخاطر الصحة والسلامة المهنية وإدارتها من خلال تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها بشكل فعال، مما يوفر ضوابط مثلى لضمان الوقاية الكافية من الإصابات والأمراض.
➢ تمكين جميع الموظفين والمتعاقدين المعنيين في المدرسة من خلال التدريب. والتوعية، لتنفيذ أنشطتهم بطريقة تحمي وتحافظ على صحة وسلامة الطلاب والموظفين وممتلكات المدرسة.
➢ تقديم المساعدة للموردين والمقاولين والجهات المعنية الأخرى، والتأثير عليهم لتحسين أدائهم في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية عند الضرورة.
➢ إتاحة هذه السياسة لجميع الجهات المعنية عند الطلب.
➢ تلبية جميع المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه من خلال عملية تنظيم ذاتي، والسعي لتجاوز المتطلبات المحددة مع التركيز على الاستخدام المستدام للموارد، والقيام بالأنشطة دون المساس بمبادئ وأهداف السلامة والصحة المهنية الأخرى أو التسبب في تعارض معها.
➢ توفير الموارد اللازمة لضمان صحة ورفاهية الموظفين من خلال إدارة الإجهاد المرتبط بالعمل، وتطبيق برامج الصحة في مكان العمل.
➢ إبلاغ جميع الموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة والجمهور بسياسة السلامة والصحة المهنية هذه.
➢ مراجعة وتقييم الأهداف وأداء السلامة والصحة المهنية والمنهجية لقياس التقدم المحرز وضمان الامتثال لهذه السياسة من خلال عمليات تدقيق دورية داخلية وخارجية، ومراجعات إدارية لضمان التحسين المستمر لإدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية. النظام.
